AGM 2026 – Tuesday 1st September @ 8pm - Working Mens Club, Orchard Street

Please include a full description of your proposal. You will have the opportunity to explain your proposal before it is voted on, but it helps us greatly if the description includes all important information.

We had an issue last year with proposals being submitted in other people's names without their consent. This time, once you submit your proposal, you will receive an email with a verification link that you must click in order to complete the submission. Please check your junk email folder if you do not see the verification email in your inbox.

For a proposal to be valid, it must be submitted by 8pm on Tuesday 25th August, and the proposer must attend the AGM. Any proposals received will be published on the website and Facebook group ahead of the meeting. All members are welcome to attend, but there is a maximum of two votes per team.

In addition to any proposals, the following committee positions are due for re-election:

• Secretary
• All general committee roles

If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for one of these roles, please use the same proposal form and state which position you are nominating for.

A representative from each team must be present at the AGM, or the team will receive a 2-point deduction in the forthcoming season.
